About Us
Meet our team - Passionate about developing people
Our people are sincerely interested in and committed to the PSM philosophy.
PSM presenters are practitioners of what they are presenting. You cannot present a PSM workshop or programme unless you are working with the material yourself.
We are masters at creating an environment which is non-threatening and non-exposing; an environment which encourages the full participation of the participants, making it very easy for them to speak freely, without fear or embarrassment of any kind.

"The big picture! I am passionate about strategic planning and large scale thinking which even the smallest companies should invest some time in. "If you are planning for 1 year grow rice. If you are planning for 20 years, grow trees. If you are planning for 100 years, grow men." – this is a legacy with which I want to be associated." Areas of expertise

The material, which PSM presents and makes available to its clients, is of such value in work, personal and family situations, that it needs to be heard by as many people as possible. The benefits emotionally, psychologically and even physically are extraordinary.

Mediation Individual psychotherapy Group-work Coaching using Emotional intelligence The reason why I work for PSM:
I work for PSM because of their principled approach to changing behaviour and developing people. I am always a little changed or developed myself from each workshop and programme that I work on. PSM is different because it does not attempt to ‘put into’ people, but seeks to ‘draw out’ the internal wisdom of each person.
My Favourite PSM moment so far?
My favourite PSM moments always involve participants waking up to the knowledge that whatever they have been struggling with can in fact be let go. I love the fact that many people say they walk lighter as a result of PSM's programmes.
What interests me:
I love reading, friends and conversation. The most interesting possibilities open up for us on the margins – i.e. in ordinary conversation rather than in formal meetings. I find that conversations with people often open up possibilities not previously thought of. Having been brought up in a small hotel I have witnessed the powerful effects of conversing with people.
