On the night that Martin Luther King was killed, Robert F. Kennedy broke the news of Dr. King's death to a large gathering of African Americans in Indianapolis, Indiana. He spoke for four minutes and fifty-seven seconds. Despite rioting that night in other major American cities, after Kennedy’s speech, Indianapolis was calm.
Our point – great communication is far more than just body language and tone of voice. It is a powerful instrument that can in some cases achieve what was previously thought impossible.

We will explore the underlying principles of great communication and the application of these principles in practice. You will learn how to improve your listening skills, speak with authority and express yourself clearly and confidently in all situations.
